Ever had the desire to have just one more look at a pretty girl or guy? Or wonder what it would be like to be married to someone else? How about the thought to "borrow" something from work because "They'll never know!"? Ever been alone in a hotel room and have the inkling to see what's on the "adult" channels? Temptation! It's all around us. Everywhere we look. Everywhere we turn. Culture says it's okay. You deserve to be happy, to be content. But, when you give in to temptation, how often do you actually feel good after giving in? This weekend at Aroma Church we're going conclude our series Lies and talk about the Lie of Temptation.

In light of the events this week in Boston and Texas, we thought we'd dive into one of the big lies that most of the world has come to believe. The lie that when terrible and painful things happen, God is the one that caused them! Is that how you feel? When you watch the news or listen to the radio? Do you find yourself saying, "What the hell, God?" How do you cope? How do you find relief in the pain and confusion? Believe it or not, there is hope to be found. Maybe not all the answers, but certainly hope.

Many decisions that are made in our society are made because of the collective will of the culture around us. Many decisions that end up being terrible in the long run.
